- Do prices include GST?
- Prices shown are exclusive of GST (Australian customers) and VAT (where applicable). Tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
- How does the annual discount work?
- Pay annually upfront and get 2 months free — equivalent to ~16.7% off the monthly rate. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time; the discount applies to your next billing cycle.
- Can I change tiers mid-billing-cycle?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancel any time — no notice period, no auto-renewal lock-in. Monthly plans end at the billing period; annual plans end at the annual term with no refund on unused months (but you can pause).
- How are the API tier and seat tiers billed separately?
- The API tier is a standalone product — $0.20 per tender record pulled via the public API, with a $50/month minimum. Seat tiers are billed separately. You can hold both simultaneously.
- What counts as a "seat"?
- One seat = one named user account. Shared/service accounts use the same pool. Team tier includes 5 seats; add more at $79/seat/month. Pro and Enterprise are unlimited seats.
- Is there a free trial for paid tiers?
- Solo, Team, and Pro tiers each include a 14-day free trial — full-featured, no credit card required. Enterprise trials are arranged by our sales team.
- What currency are prices in?
- All prices are in USD. For Australian customers, the exchange rate is applied at billing. Enterprise contracts can be invoiced in AUD or USD per agreement.
