About TenderTism
TenderTism is built by Sajdak Group Holdings (SGH) — a Sydney-based technology holding company building software for regulated, high-stakes markets: procurement, professional services, infrastructure finance, and legal.
The product originated from a direct observation: a Pacific-aid infrastructure bidder was manually checking 17 tender portals each morning, spending 4–8 hours per pack on capture analysis, and had no visibility into the 6–18 month planning pipeline that determines which firms are already positioned when the formal notice drops.
The SGH portfolio includes existing procurement, CRM, and AI tooling infrastructure — approximately 60% of TenderTism's codebase is lifted from proven internal tools rather than built from scratch. That's why we can deliver a production-grade platform in weeks rather than years, and why we can price it at a fraction of incumbents like GovWin IQ.
We are not a venture-backed rocketship optimising for vanity metrics. We are a bootstrapped software company that builds tools we'd use ourselves — dense, honest, and built to last. The TenderTism pricing model reflects that: transparent, published, no auto-renewal traps.
Principles we build by
- Every AI claim cites its source
- We built citation provenance into the architecture before we wrote a single API endpoint. This is not a feature — it is a constraint that every other feature is built around.
- Dense but calm
- Our users read 200-page tender packs for a living. They appreciate information density. They do not appreciate animated heroes, gratuitous gradients, or marketing adjectives.
- Transparent pricing
- We publish every tier. We don't have a "request a quote" gate in front of any price. We don't have 60-day cancellation clauses. We don't auto-expand seats without confirmation.
- No AI bullshit
- "Blazing fast AI instantly surfaces revolutionary insights." We do not write like this. Every number has a unit, every estimate has a confidence range, every AI output has a source reference.
